Joie&Frère benefits from the 25 years experience of his photographer and cameraman, who produces all the visuals: photos, drone and camera films, as well as 3D visits of the properties we offer for sale. He also directs the documentary web-series produced by Joie&Frère, as ‘Les Bienveillants’ and ‘The remarkable buildings of Annecy’.
NOTARIAL SERVICE
An experienced notary from Annecy Collaborates with Joie&Frère. Whenever necessary, for a unilateral or bilateral sale promise, our notary will be responsible for drawing up the contracts, in agreement with our customer. The transit of the funds linked to the sale is also handled by the notary’s office.
